Why your content is attracting the wrong audience?
As entrepreneurs, we sometimes make the mistake of creating content that attracts the wrong people - people who are not our ideal clients. This can be a waste of time and effort. We might feel that everybody could benefit from our content, but that's not always the case.
For example, we might think that everybody should be doing affiliate marketing because we believe that everyone on the planet is looking to make some extra money. But that's not true.
When it comes to marketing my CPA Network to my IDEAL clients, I want to focus on attracting INTERMEDIATE to EXPERT level affiliate marketers. This is because THEY are the ones who can benefit from my SERVICES. I would use marketing terms that they can understand, like Earnings Per Click, and I would recommend PAID advertising sources like Google Ads and media buys.
I'm not saying that you should only ever create content for people who are already successful in affiliate marketing. But if you want to attract people who are new to the field, you need to remember that they're going to be looking for information that is both valuable and achievable.
Most people who are just starting out won't be prepared to invest the time and money needed to make a real success of affiliate marketing, so it's important to create content that provides value without setting unrealistic expectations.
Choose the language, tone, and messaging that will connect with the right people. I learned this the hard way and spent many months making this mistake. I wanted to share this with you so that you can save a lot of time and effort if you are doing the same.
Hope this helped. If you have something more to add, please comment below.
