How To Sleep Your Way To Riches.



There's no need to stay up all night worrying about how you're going to get what you want in life. You can sleep your way to success!


A good night's sleep can be just as important as putting in the extra hours at the office when it comes to being productive. In fact, sleep is essential for our physical and mental health. When we're well-rested, we're able to think more clearly, have more energy, and be more focused.


I recently saw an ad for sleep trackers and decided to check how I sleep.


I was surprised to find out that I sleep horribly!


Out of 7 hours of bed time... I only got 30 minutes of deep sleep --- and the rest of the night I was tossing and turning.


I noticed that I was snoring a lot and even went into periods of sleep apnea... which is when we stop breathing for 30 seconds to a minute during sleep.


I've been obsessed with improving my sleep lately... doing everything I can to increase the my deep sleep. And it's changed everything else in my life.


It's hard to make decisions when you're exhausted. Get some rest first, and then you can sit down and think about what you want to do.


Tired minds don't plan well. Sleep first, and then plan later..


And yes, good SLEEP can give you the power to create anything you want.
