Day 15 of Food-Free Living: What we consume with all our senses MATTERS!


Its Day 15 of my 21 Day Food-Free Living and I'd like to give you an update.


If you are reading this for the first time, I'd like to inform you that I am doing this to break unwanted patterns in my life. You can read my past posts at my website AbeCherian.com to catch up if you like to.


Again, I would like to remind you that if NOT for the Blessings and Grace of my spiritual teacher this wouldn't have been possible for me.


My body feels like a 30 year old body, while I am 52.


I have NOT given any thought to my physicality. I do not check my weight every day but I am more aware of the EASY FLOW and MOVEMENT of my body. My mind is STILL most of the time, only using it when I NEED it.


I noticed that I have improved my vision and I can read books that have smaller print better than before.


Yesterday, my son's car broke down, the oven stopped working, had some technical issues with my business - and I am cool as a cucumber.


Many people are asking me..."How is your Energy Level?" and I want to talk about that.


About Energy REPLENISHING, Energy SAVING, AND Energy SPENDING...


FOOD consumption is ONLY a part of replenishing energy within our bodies. Most supermarket packaged food makes us weak and lethargic, while some gives us more life force. Food that gives you more WHOLESOME energy are foods that are fresh and grown with SUNLIGHT.


Energy is replenished and spent by consuming with ALL OUR SENSES.


What you LISTEN TO with your hearing, what you WATCH with your sight, what you SMELL with your nose, what you FOCUS with your mind, and even with what you TOUCH with your hands.


For example - Watching a Netflix series that has severe physical and mental suffering WILL affect your energy level and affect your subconscious and memory in a negative way – adding those experiences into your memory.


(95% of Netflix series are negative and will put imprints in your subconscious that are destructive.)


You might be eating great nutritious food, but if you are watching JUNK, it will affect your overall mind and energy level.


What you consume with ALL THE SENSES MATTERS!


So… what REALLY happens when you STOP EATING solid food?


Your body will change from drawing energy FROM SOLID FOOD to drawing energy from SUBTLE ENERGIES around you... making you live in a PRESENT STATE OF MIND.


Here is THE BIG CHALLENGE.... "Our environment is designed to ENTICE and PERSUADE and OVERINDULGE in things that SUCK ENERGY.


The MORE we indulge the WEAKER our “WILL” gets. The WEAKER our "WILL" gets the more POWERLESS we become.


When we try to do ANYTHING from a position of POWERLESSNESS, we SUFFER.


It is a VISCOUS CYCLE and it ALL STARTS with the FOOD we eat, and the GOSSIP we listen to, and the NEGATIVITY we ALLOW ourselves to watch, and the PEOPLE we hang out with.


If you want to transform your life, then start with the Food you eat.


Start with the SACRED TEMPLE that you live in – YOUR BODY & MIND – the rest will come naturally.
