Day 10 Of Food-Free Living: Our Body is the most Intelligent organism we will ever know.
Today is Day 10 of my Food-Free Living and I wanted to give you an update.
If you are reading this for the first time, I'd like to inform you that I am doing this to break unwanted patterns in my life. You can read my previous posts here.
Since day 7, I have not thought too much about solid food. I've been drinking alkaline water throughout the day to keep hydrated.
I've been doing 5 things in the morning to stay on track with Food Free Living... Without these practices, I would not be able to stay on track:
Waking up before sunrise and staying outdoors until the sun rises.
Nasya Cleansing - Doing a sense cleansing practice called Nasya. It's a practice where you gently pour slightly salted water into one nostril and let it pour out of the other nostril. There is a specific way to do this. You can look it up on google.
Basti Cleansing - Basically it's an enema. Cleansing the digestive track. This balances the heat in the body and imbalance in Vata Dosha in Auyerveda. This alone can treat many diseases in the body and mind. Look it up!
Yoga & Meditation - This makes the body agile and the mind quieter. You can look great and be muscular with a six pack, but if your body is not flexible enough you age faster. Agility of our body and mind is "youth".
Pooja or Prayer - Thanking the master who gave you the blessings and wisdom... makes it all possible. This can be anyone that you believe is blessing you and giving you the knowledge and wisdom.
This practice is NOT about having to constantly STOP the cravings or to push yourself to stay away from food. It's NOT "Body-Centric". It has to feel NATURAL for you not to WANT solid food. The body will eventually adjust itself to draw the energy that you need, through "PRANA" or life force.
If you do it right, your body will balance the exact weight that it's supposed to be for maximum agility. I have lost 11 pounds in the first 5 days, and have NOT lost ANY since then. My body stopped losing weight at 165 lbs - my ideal weight.
If you are startled by this and think it's ridiculous, I have to remind you that there are literally thousands of people who live food-free. Look it up!
I have to tell you that "food" as we know it in the supermarket shelves, is NOT food but just "FOOD-LIKE PRODUCTS". It is the main reason for our disturbed minds and faster aging bodies. But yet, we want a STEADY mind and AGELESS body.
YES, the World SEEMS like we are getting Sooo ADVANCED....
Sooo freakin INTELLIGENT... Sooo CUTTING-EDGE with technology.... Sooo SELF-RIGHTEOUS... Controlling EVERYTHING around us...
...That we are talking about inserting NANO technology and sensors into our bodies so that it can keep us living longer. Treating our bodies like a cold-hearted machine.
...That we are planning on a TRIP TO MARS!
All the while... FIGHTING on our OWN PLANET with a so-called INVINCIBLE VIRUS...
This is called HUMAN IGNORANCE in it's TRUE FORM.
This has happened to MANY THOUSANDS of human civilizations in the PAST that we are not even aware of... They COME, they GROW, they PLAY GODS of the worst kinds, they DESTROY... THEN... they PERISH.... BOOM... they're GONE!
We DON'T have in us a FRACTION of intelligence that is in our own BODY. The HOUSE in which our SOULS EMBODY.
It's ORGANIC in nature, and so it MUST perish, and RECREATE itself...
Our bodies can adapt to ANY habits that we CONSCIOUSLY put in.
Our BODY is a GIFT to us. More intelligent than we can IMAGINE.
It can even LIVE with just "LIFE-FORCE"...( or PRANA ).
